This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, by WhatsApp or by email. We keep it short because we collect very little: the details you choose to give us so that we can answer your enquiry and quote a project.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the information you enter:
- Your name, company name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your country or city and the product you are interested in.
- Dimensions, quantity and any project details you choose to include.
- The date and time of your enquiry, and the page you submitted it from.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send in that message, including any drawings or photographs you attach. Please do not send information you are not entitled to share.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or drawing.
- To discuss the specification, delivery and installation of a possible order.
- To keep a record of quotations and orders for accounting and warranty purposes.
- To improve how the website presents our products — only in aggregate, never by profiling you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection law (for example the GDPR) applies, we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and preparing a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
5. Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our sales and engineering staff. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and communications:

We are based in China and may correspond with suppliers and logistics partners in other countries to prepare your quotation. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation again. Quotation, contract and shipping records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes.
8. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The enquiry form and WhatsApp links are the only ways we receive personal information. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to haonanxu67@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting an enquiry already in progress will be communicated by email.
